About the Heavy Half
This truck has been in the family since 1989. Our dad bought it, repainted it, and put a CRE code '70 model 4 bolt main, double hump headed,300 hp 350 in it and drove it until 95, when I bought it. I kept it in stock form, and sold it to Jason in 97. Jason began modifying it immediately saying he wanted a Street/Strip Truck. Since then the truck has has been totally rebuilt from front to rear. The Mods to date are as follows:

ENGINE: .060 over 4 bolt main 350, w/ cast crank, X rods w/ ARP bolts, TRW flattop 2 valve relief pistons, a Crane mechanical solid cam, Speed Pro rings

HEADS: World Products Sportsman II cast iron w/ 2.02" int / 1.60" exh Manley Pro Flo Valves, 64 cc Combustion chambers, K motion .610 lift 130# valve springs, Comp Cams Magnum Roller Rocker arms 1.52

INDUCTION AND IGNITION: GM Performance Parts Bowtie Hi-Rise Intake, Holley 750 Double pumper. Mallory Comp 9000 Unilite Distributor w/ MSD Blaster 3 Coil

TRANSMISSION: Turbo 350, B&M 3000 Holeshot Converter

REAREND: 12 bolt w/ Richmond 4.10's , Auburn Minispool

EXHAUST: Dynomax Competition Series Headers, Dynomax Race Bullet mufflers

FUTURE PLANS: Plans to Upgrade to 4000 stall, 4.56 rearend gear, and install and Nitrous plate system.
